Overheard the manager badmouthing a patient in the waiting area. She didn't understand why they would make another appointment when they already received their x ray, dismissing any reason they would come back. The medical receptionists and PA Anh Nguyen are nice and helpful, though.

I've been to this office twice in the last two weeks with my girlfriend. First, Dr Shamsie was phenomenally unhelpful with a painful medical condition that was documented by x-rays in the ED. She was called back to a second appointment by his office and arrived today after taking time off work to no appointment for her. She's still in agony. They sent her away. Zero stars.

Dr. Shamise is horrible. He became my Dr after my mine had retired. Not sure if in his culture they scream at women and treat them like their not important but he did that to me on a visit and I had to let him know not to talk to me in that manner. He is mean and will dismiss your questions if he thinks it's not important. I never want to be treated by him again.
