I urge anyone reading reviews to please read the 1 star reviews as the only true honest reviews. The reason this place gets any positive reviews is because they will post up to all the tenants asking to leave a “good review” and they will be entered into a “drawing for 1 month free rent.” (Which by the way no one ever seams to actually ever win because there is no actual prize given.) NEVER LIVE HERE. The landlord will over price EVERYTHING. She money guzzles you out of every cent you have. And the apartments are lowkey a horrible place to live in. Would never call this place my home. Maintenance never fixes anything either. I’ve had a broken cabinet for the last 3 months and put in a request and it never got fixed. So please. Save your money and live somewhere else.
I am here since 3 years and I am going to renew my leas one more year again I can say these apartments areRecommended — friendly management and great maintenance technicians who are always happy to help and fix any issues in your apartment.
