Didn’t seem to appreciate those tenants that actually paid during Covid. Worst company I dealt with when I had to break a lease to get a home. Was given false information about initial statements/amended statements after the fact. Even have documented proof.
The management of this property just gets worse and worse... there is no communication and she is never available. She never returns phonecalls the day the same day and has been known to hang up on you if she doesn't like what you have to say. Non-tenants are constantly breaking into the pool and it wasn't even open until July of this year. The neighborhood is really quiet and the dog park across the street is wonderful! Really the only positives about this property.
Place is ok BUT Very cold at winter, have a huge electricity bill. Administrator all time busy. Give 200$ fee for 3 days delay in payment ! Forget to sent my account to Avista, they send me all winter bills in one month after my notice.
Quiet neighborhood. But known for car prowling. Had my car broken into twice in one month. Don't leave anything in your car!
