Terrible place to live the building maintenance man is drunk 24/7 and tried to touch my fiancé multiple times as we were moving out and multiple more times after being told to stop, the people below us were rude and very disrespectful they don’t understand kids are rowdy and loud and then when we tried knocking on their door to apologize and they were just more disrespectful. There was mold growing in the bathroom and around the windows.
Worst place you could possibly live, they put me a college student right below a bunch of screaming stomping brats and made it almost impossible to study at my own placee. After numerous complaints to the manager about these people they never did anything, even thought it says on the lease you can be evicted after so many complaints. Instead the manager gave us some sob story about the people above us. Don’t waste your time or your money at this horrible apartment with horrible management.
I've lived at Northridge apartments for a year. The apartments are nice, and the grounds are clean. Maintenance is very helpful and nice. There are some very nice people around.
Snow removal needed.
