Very good staff they care about you very good food they will help you with your needs
Very friendly group of residents here at Horizon Northridge staff are. Jenn (the executive director) is an exceptional person, always helping residents, anticipating residents needs, very caring in every way. Horizon Northridge staff are always caring and friendly, fixing problems that may arise, adequately,timely and promptly.
This senior community is by far one of the classiest and well maintained from staff, to the property grounds that my loved one and I have found! Jen is very accommodating and understanding of my mother's needs, genuinely taking the time to explain what Northridge has to offer- yet making mom feel calm and welcomed. Highly recommend! We've also learned of another special retirement community over in Brecksville for our elderly aunt that Jen suggested, an added bonus geographically for the entire family!
Came in to tour with my father, the comfort of the environment was caring and family oriented which was reassuring. Met with Jenn for the tour she was knowledgeable and sweet, was introduced to other staff members who were equally as compassionate. We have a few months before we make our move here but I know my dad will be in great hands.
