I selected Northrich Automotive because of the high number of online positive reviews. While driving in for the paint and body estimate, my front truck tire went completely flat and was undriveable. Although Northrich was quite busy, they promptly took the time to repair the tire which had a large bolt embedded in it (not a simple repair). Because of the complexity, the owner of Northrich personally took his time to facilitate the repair.
