I turned them into the state. I watched the administrator grab a resident by the arm and push her into a room and slam the door on her 2 times when she tried to walk out. Staff is definitely detached. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Feeling heartbroken for the resident

Im glad the previous reviewer had a good experience here but ours was not similar. The facility itself is nice and comfortable but nothing to write home about. There are staff members there who are kind and helpful and efficient, however the majority of the staff seems to be very detached, they have a lack of compassion for the resident, mope around unhappily, and do not seem to accomodate and care for the person as one would hope. Beautiful caring people.I did not know that such a wonderful,clean,caring place like this exists. Do not hesitate to place your parent. Pauline will go above and beyond to help your love one adjust. The rooms are immaculate and decorated beautifully.The food is restaurant quality.All the help provide loving assistance.My mom resides at North Port Pines.I am so confident that she is looked after.It is such a peace of mind that I can live my life and know that my mom is in loving caring arms.
