I ordered a custom area rug for my main living space and it turned out amazing! These people were so wonderful to work with. Everyone was so nice, helpful, and professional. Even after shopping around other places, they had the best prices and were able to offer something within our budget. Seems like a nice family-owned business! We will definitely come back for our flooring needs in the future.
When we stopped in to look at carpet for my husband’s home office, Melissa showed us many different samples that met the his criteria. We spent time talking about them and asking questions all the while feeling absolutely no pressure. He ended up choosing one that day - well, actually one brand and one particular style although he couldn’t make up his mind which one of two colors. Northport Flooring provided a great customer experience from our first visit to their showroom to final carpet installation. Once we decided on a carpet from the many options available, order placement and install schedule was seamless. Communication kept us informed of delivery status and the install crew did a fantastic job. New carpeting looks great! We highly recommend Northport and it was great to support a locally owned company.
Working with Northport Flooring was easy. Gina in sales was friendly and particular. She kept our small project on track. Our installers were fabulous. Everything was cleaned up and looks amazing.
