Derek, Gina and the team were fantastic. The warranty (quality) of their product is a decade beyond that of the big box stores. They came exactly when they said they would: I can’t remember the last time a contractor did that! We had a small issue that came up, and they took care of it immediately, exactly as discussed. Wow.
Wow!! What an experience! Emily was amazing through the entire process, which was about 5 days from start to finish…This place is amazing and does superb work with the most amazing team of sales and installers! If you are in need of flooring, make sure to look Northport up!
