Good enough for the annual appointment I need every year to check on my health. I like that they do all the tests (blood work, etc) right there in the office during your appointment. However getting in touch with them for medication refills is a nightmare. The pharmacy reaches out and the office never responds. Then I end up sitting on hold forever to try and get the prescription sent over. Currently completely out of a medication and I can't even connect with someone in the office for help. Don’t let the adorable small town office fool you. PA Karen Olivieri is an absolute powerhouse. She is hands down the best diagnostician I have ever seen both professionally (medical field) and as a patient. She has been caring for my family and me for 20+ years. I trust her with my life. These are the best Doctors . In a day where medical care has become commercialized with millions of pop up care clinics it is refreshing to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable team that is my home care team. You will not find this type of attention elsewhere. The office staff is just as nice and helpful.

Been seeing Karen since I was a child and trust her immensely. Unfortunately the parent company of this medical office lost my vaccination records and completely abdicated their responsibility in finding them. Have been told “this isn’t our responsibility and there’s nothing we can do” even though this practice was the last entity that “sold” my vaccine records. This is both a HIPAA violation and puts their patients at great health risk.
