The only thing this place has going for it is the fancy atmosphere. The immediate care clinic is staffed by a bunch of baboons that don't really give a darn about the people coming through the door needing to be seen by a doctor. This is not just a one time visit experience, I've been going there since the place was built, and every time I swear I'm not going back, but I keep trying in hopes of a change. No more.
No complaints whatsoever. Oh...besides the $15/day guest passes
I was a member at NorthPointe Wellness for four years and since moving out of Illinois, I have not found anything that can compete. I miss the " torture" of spin class, the instructors and the friends I made there.
