Been using facility for over a year now. Great place to go and unwind after a long day
I can't say anything about the facility and the people itself. It is the best gym in the area. I have been a member here off and on with my fiance for the past 4 years. I just find the gym a little pricey for this area compared to other gyms around the area and the job market. 120 bucks a month gets pricey on a tight budget.
Your facility is second to none! Just my second day as a member, and I still can't get over how you offer such amazing membership price with such options, amenities, and amazing staff. You make everyone feel like VIP's at a blue collar affordability. Thank you for all you do. (Scott Schäffer)
Terrible terrible experience! I brought my daughter here for an immediate care appointment and the receptionist told me that my insurance covered it. Now 3 months later they bill me for it saying "sorry your insurance denied the claim due to being out of your network". Well I say to you sorry. I was told by you that I was covered. Otherwise, I would have gone somewhere else! Please don't go here unless you want to get scammed.
I love NorthPointe! I feel is a go at your own pace place!
