This property was lovely for many reasons. I’ll start with the manager, Angela. Very nice and down to earth person which is a great combination for someone who is also very knowledgeable and professional. You just know she’s passionate about what she does and that alone isn’t common at most places in Albuquerque anymore. The property itself was very nice, the pool is beautiful and all seems kept up with very well. I’d recommend it to a friend

Apartments overcharge residents on Cam(common area maintenance) fees /trash bill. Don't listen when residents complain about evaporative coolers not working. I complained about a nieghbor harassing me for years...then she finally broke in and attacked me. I had mail and medication stolen from my mail box hours after delivery. Despite supposedly having security.

I would not recommend living at Northpointe Village Apartments. For the past two weeks, my swamp cooler/AC has repeatedly stopped working. Maintenance has been to my apartment twice, but the problem still hasn’t been fixed. During a time when it’s been over 100°F outside, my apartment has reached 85°F inside. The heat has made it difficult to sleep, and I’ve even had to leave my back door open at night just to get some relief, which made me feel unsafe. Daisy was extremely helpful and very polite and professional. This was my first time getting an apartment and this made my experience very seem less and efficient. Highly recommend Northpoint Village to all my friends and colleagues, thank you Daisy!
