DO NOT MOVE HERE. The apartments are very tiny and are nowhere near worth the cost. Every month you will be charged a billion dollars in fees including pet fees even if you don’t have them. We were forced to pay pool fees for about 7 months and the ENTIRE time the pool was filthy, contaminated, and full of wild ducks. 🦆 I was charged $90 for blinds that broke the same day I moved in. $100 for paint that was absolutely NOT damaged. $25 for FAR parking and you pay rather you have vehicle or not. $30 for trash even if you live... read more
Dayse doesn't pay attention to detail.. could have possibly missed out on a future tent. Place seems nice and quiet from the outside.
Issues not resolved after third visit from 3 different maintenance guys!
