I am extremely disappointed with how my move-out has been handled. Throughout my tenancy, I repeatedly tried to work with management in good faith and give opportunities for issues to be corrected. This place is an absolute nightmare! DO NOT RENT HERE. I moved into a dirty apartment with multiple items not fixed. Maintenance lied about completing one of many work orders I’ve had to submit since I moved in. Constantly shutting off water for “emergencies”. They slapped some laminate floor down and call it renovated. The incompetence is next level. CORPSE OF DEAD RAT NOT A MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY according to the after hours maintenance personnel this dead rat was not a hazard or an emergency... I've spent an ungodly ammount of money for this place and it's turning out to be no more than a slum with fancy window dressing
