I had a consult there. The NP spent almost the entire consultation texting on her phone. I am sorry. the consult was my time. Unless there was an emergency she should tell who ever is texting her that she is with a patient and will get back with the them after the appointment. If. it was an emergency she should excuse herself and tell me taht she needed to deal with it. From what I could tell, it was about someone wanting prescription refills. That is hardly and emergency. She was not very friendly and was't very compassion... read more
