The medical industry is the worst, most unethical industry in the world. Why is it impossible to just call this facility? Why is every call routed through a call center managing calls for a dozen different business with the same phone number? Why can't we just directly call the doctor's office that we need to talk to? I'm convinced that the industry wants as few people as possible to be helped, since they get rich regardless of how many patients they see.
This clinic feels like a scam to me. It’s listed as an Urgent Care but they bill you as if it’s an emergency room. No reason I should have two co-pays for a visit under 20 minutes. I’m glad I am out of the area so I never make that mistake again.
