After promising to have our vehicle diagnosed within the next day or two, they took a whole week before they even got it in the garage. They also never called back when they said they would. And then when they finally diagnosed it, they tried to charge us $1100.00...for a much cheaper fix elsewhere. If you need a dealership garage in a hurry, find somewhere else. 0/10 wouldn't recommend
