The whole staff of NorthPointe are absolutely amazing. Cami is an absolute rockstar, and helped when I was anxious about my baby before he was born. She will calm you down and give wonderful tips to help in the long run. Jamie and Claire were amazing each and every appointment. They talked me through everything that could happen both with the center and if the hospital came into play. After two medicated hospital births birth, choosing Northpoint Birth Center was the best decision I could have made! My water birth there was nothing short of amazing. Wow what an amazing experience with this birth center. The best healthcare I’ve ever received by far. It’s evident that all of the staff here actually want to be here, they truly listen, look you in the eye, never dismiss you, and do not rush you at all during appointments. I would absolutely recommend NPBC for anyone who is considering delivering at a birth center rather than at a hospital. The staff really took the time to listen to my concerns at all of my appointments. The care that they provided was very personal, and they were very attentive and supportive during the labor process. They created a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere, and I have no regrets about choosing NPBC.
I had the best experience with this birth center. Very attentive to details, knowledgeable, so supportive and I always feel so comfortable around the entire team. I was with them during my third trimester and delivery of my third baby. My best recommendations!
