I just called customer service 2/10/25 9:50am~ and Laura in customer service was rude and talked over me the whole time. I won't use Northpointe again and I'll be obtaining a loan elsewhere to pay this one off.
Used to be good. Now filled bureaucracy and "I can't help" attitudes.
I previously left a five star review for Northpointe. However, the people who made Northpointe great have left, and now the service is terrible. I have referred my clients to them for years, but I was so disappointed by my last transaction with Northpointe that I will never work with them again.
Elisa Couch and Loryn knocked it out of the park!! They rescued the Buyer's of my listing when the other lender pulled out a day before closing...I called Elisa and she had it closed 12 days later...unbelievable!
WOW! We closed on our home in 2 weeks and 1 day! Elisa Couch and Loryn Berry are a rock star duo, and I couldn't recommend them any more highly. They are experienced, organized and so kind! Northpointe has amazing loan products and even more amazing employees. Thank you ladies!!!
