The staff is kind and professional, and to be fair, the application process and fees were clearly disclosed upfront. However, I still think it’s important for others to be aware that you must pay $635 ($35 application fee and $600 deposit) just to submit an application. My grandmother was denied, and now she has to wait 7–10 days to receive the $600 deposit back. While the terms were clear, this process can still be difficult—especially for someone on a fixed income—having that amount tied up, even temporarily.
I feel very secure in my 1 bedroom apartment here at Northpointe - really enjoy the nice pool after a long days work & the underground parking is kept very clean. The neighbors are nice & quiet also. Management is very fortunate to have Jodi & her staff on their team!!!
Wanted to see a 3 bedroom not a one bedroom
The maintenance person came down he looked at the closet door it’s the door when you first come in the apartment. He use special glue for the door because the door came loose I couldn’t open or slide the door open or close now I’m able to do so. So far I’m able to use the door now.
