Loved my time living here and only moved out due to moving out of state!
My college-age son and his two roommates just moved out of NorthPointe after living here for two years. While I wasn't a big fan of them moving off campus, NorthPointe turned out to be an excellent choice. You can't beat the location as it is an easy drive to either downtown or the northern suburbs. The neighborhood is safe, and the outstanding amenities made for a popular place for friends to visit. I’ve had a horrible experience here since day 1! All the A/C problems are not worth paying rent here! Northpointe needs to do better and be proactive with getting A/c under control especially knowing that A/C has continuously been a problem! 0/10 would not recommend living here!
This is a wonderful place to live. My daughter and I are very happy here. Staff is attentive to needs and other residents are very welcoming. Northpointe is designed as to all of your needs are on site. Beautiful amenities is a extra plus. I don’t plan on moving for years to come
I had a wonderful moving experience with excellent staff. The apartment was very clean and delivered fresh and ready without any hiccups. This is a great place to live—a quiet place to relax in the evening, with cheerful neighborhood.
