I appreciate the teams collaboration and willingness to help improve the climate and appearance of the grounds. I have been here a while. Staff feels like family. Frustrated, however, that I received a $50 increase each month and it will be absorbed by a $80 increase in my rent. Can’t keep up. While I love this community, it is sad that the rents are so high.
Terry (maintence guy) was great servicing the situation, he will always get the high rate! Good job!

Modifying the review: I love many things about this appartment building but my experience with the local management hasn’t been very friendly. The AC has not been working that well. We have been struggling with the heat wave this year. The management instead of investigating the matter, just blamed it on us leaving the windows open.
