So far I love living at Northpointe. Management is incredibly friendly, responsive and seems to take concerns seriously. My move has required some accommodations and they have been more than helpful. The day I moved in the toilet was not flushing reliably and maintenance was there within hours to fix it. I couldn’t even tell he’d been by! I’m a bit neurotic and a lot to deal with, admittedly. I had a fantastic experience moving into Northpointe Apartments, thanks in large part to Abbey! She was incredibly helpful from start to finish, answering all of my questions and making the process feel smooth and easy. This was the only place I toured in person because it had everything I wanted—a great price, well-maintained grounds, and a genuinely nice community feel.
