So far I love living at Northpointe. Management is incredibly friendly, responsive and seems to take concerns seriously. My move has required some accommodations and they have been more than helpful. The day I moved in the toilet was not flushing reliably and maintenance was there within hours to fix it. I couldn’t even tell he’d been by! I’m a bit neurotic and a lot to deal with, admittedly.
