This company was awful. Our loan officer, Brendon, initially promised us the world and we went through several "closing dates." Those dates came and went with little update. Then, he was apparently either fired or left the company. I am hoping for his sake that he left. Our "processor," Sarah, was awful. She lied through her teeth consistently to save face.
