A really good doctor, Leilani, who was leaving the practice referred me to Dr Kim Bonk. I was referred as potentially being in a domestic violence relationship, which I was, with extreme coercive control, now a criminal offence. When I attempted to escape Dr Kim Bonks reaction was to say “Is it just that he is controlling.?” She was extremely unsupportive.
Very good service, quick to get appointments, and Dr Nethmee was very empathetic and helpful
Dr Costello is lovely, easy to talk to and very helpful….and she runs on time which is wonderful
The ladies on front desk are like no other! Their compassion, professionalism and ability to multitask beyond words is to be commended. If you are looking for outstanding service, caring and extremely knowledgeable Doctors who do not rush you, then this is the place for you. I recommend this Medical Centre as a parent, grandparent and patient. Keep up the sensational work. Thank you for being my go to.
Very disappointing. Booked for an appointment to have immunisation vaccine for my son. After the gp asked for series of questions about our personal details, she talked to the nurse then informed us that my son could not get vaccine today unless they will get the record from our previous gp first, even I showed them my son's immunisation history.
