the staff was great and helpful in my recovery i appreciate all of them dearly. i also thought the kichen staff had the food tuned in on point legit...foreal! pretty comfortable overall and i would def recommend their program. my only advice is be ready to go and wanto recover for your own good or it might drag if your just tryna chill and not participate.
The councilors are GREAT and several of the techs are AMAZING. Mason, Tony, Amy Joy, Gabby, Kelvin, and Tina are particularly awesome. Great support but can feel a little like daycare, some techs seem to be on a power trip and treated us like toddlers which rubbed me the wrong way but it did seem like administration was listening to us and trying to make real change. I really like the entire program. I learned another, more than other places. The food was excellent, staff was great. Many different classes and activities. Made lots of friends that I stay in touch with, looking forward to the alumni meetings. Im in sober living out of the area, trying to make plans to get to the events. I recommend Nprth Point all the way.

I was a struggling alcoholic when I found NorthPoint. Because of this program, in its entirety, I have started a new and positive life. I am so grateful for NorthPoint and would definitely recommend anyone to get admitted.
