We first visited Northpoint out of necessity needing an urgent repair to my husband's Ram pickup in December of 2024 after the generator on the e-Torque failed with less than 40,000 miles on it and the dealer we bought from was of no help. Shane in service was so awesome to work with and managed to fix our problem quickly which given the part needed was no easy task. Heather was very helpful and accommodating, took care of anything I needed, including a ride from home 45 minutes away. I think it was Ashley who guided me through the paperwork: very efficient and friendly. I will shop at Northpoint again when I need another vehicle.
