genuinely a nightmare of a parking garage
Wir haben heute unser Auto hier für 59 Minuten parkiert. Als wir gingen, mussten wir dafür USD 100.- bezahlen. Wir wissen, dass heute der 4. Juli ist, jedoch ist es unverschämt für eine knappe Stunde ganze USD 100.- zu verlangen (auch an so einem Tag). Und sie hatten nichtmal den oberen Stock geöffnet, also nur begrenzt Parkplätze. Absolutely the worst parking service ever! We reserved our parking spot well in advance, only to be told when we arrived that there was no spot available. What’s the point of taking reservations if you don’t honor them? Because of your failure, we ended up missing our event, and the money we spent on the event went to waste as well. Your poor service didn’t just inconvenience us—it ruined our plans and cost us money. This level of mismanagement is completely unacceptable. Beware! We parked here for just 50 minutes and were charged $80.
Been there on June 2nd 26 and saw signs about video surveillance. The staff late at night was very helpful when I was leaving. One star less because of high tariffs - but it is SF.
