Been there on June 2nd 26 and saw signs about video surveillance. The staff late at night was very helpful when I was leaving. One star less because of high tariffs - but it is SF.
An expensive place to park. There really isn't anything worthwhile at this mall.
No problems getting in and out and no car break ins. Convenient location. Everything went well. Saved the spot through a parking app ahead of time.
SCAM!! we pre paid for parking and the machine let us in with our prepaid registered number but when we tried to leave, it gave us a FOURTY dollar charge! the attendant was incredibly rude about it as well and refused to let us out. don’t waste your money here.
