this was our first apartment ever, it was a great experience. from management, to maintenance, to amenities. Michale and Robbie were exceptional thoughout our stay always helpful and respectful.
What a nightmare! Repairs like replacing worn-out leaking fixtures were ignored for months. The electronic door system locks people out and strands them outside their homes on occasion. The management at this location harasses the tenants and finds ways to charge fees in every way they can. Run from this place or become their next victim of negligence and harrassment.
When I first moved here, it seemed nice enough, but over time, I ended up locked out of my apartment one night due to the electronic lock failing, plumbing for the kitchen sink started leaking badly in the cabinet area and had to eventually be replaced, and the AC unit failed in the middle of the summer on 2 different occasions and took about a day or two to fix both times. The water quality is exceptionally bad and will cause significant stains in the kitchen sink, tub, and toilet after a short duration. It often smells lik... read more
