I lived here for about two years and overall had a good experience. Maintenance is phenomenal. Any time I had an issue, it was addressed immediately, and if there was ever a delay, the manager kept me updated the entire time. The apartment itself has great space for the price. A few things to note: the dishwasher is outdated, and the off-white/yellow wall color wasn’t my favorite (minor issue). Beautiful property. Office is very clean, staff is very professional and nice. Apartments are spacious, clean, and cozy.
Highly Recommended! I recently moved to North Carolina, and some colleagues at work recommended I check out this community. I’m so glad I did! The entire process was incredibly smooth, thanks to the amazing support from Michael, Robbi, and Devonte. They were friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help with my transition. The community itself is very well maintained and feels like home already. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
