Robbi is AMAZING!!! She answered all of my questions with great patience. Robbi and Michael made me feel at home from the moment I walked in. The apartment and everything is so gorgeous, I applied as soon as we return to the leasing office!
Property Manager and team are on point with handling things in a timely matter, They do an outstanding job of keeping property clean, maintained. Maintenance team are punctual they react quickly to issues.
I enjoyed living at Northpoint at 68. Management there were very good. Northpoint at 68 is very close to stores and restaurants, and I like that.
I’ve had a great experience at Northpoint at 68 so far. Michael Lee and the entire team were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and made my move-in smooth and stress-free. Any maintenance items I had after move-in were fixed immediately, which really showed me they care about their residents and their property. I truly love my place and I’m excited to be here. I also can’t wait for pool season. Highly recommend Northpoint at 68 to anyone looking for a great community.
Worst experience ever — I’m glad I left. Before our official move-out date, we went to return the keys and double-check the apartment, only to find that management had entered the unit without notifying us, even though we still had possession of the keys, and had already started renovations. That alone was shocking and unprofessional. One of the main reasons we moved out was mold on the first floor.
