Looking over these reviews including my own review I first sent from a few months ago. I want to give a follow up review. The property management did take all the steps to address all of my concerns and those major and minor repairs were completed long before this review. I also want to give credit to my property manager. He is always quick to respond anytime I've reached out to him.
It’s a shame Northpoint doesn’t take care of Del Monte Dr property in St Augustine. Fooled the last out of state tenant into moving in based on pictures of a beautifully landscaped lawn. They arrived to waist deep grass and no clear entry into the house. Tenants moved after 1 year. Grass has not been cut now in 3 weeks. Property basically looks abandoned.
