Beware!!! You will FIGHT to get your security deposit back. I received notification on July 17th that my move out had been processed. On the 22nd the account showed that the funds had been removed from Northpoints account. I gave it a week and never received anything. Nothing, not even a letter. I’m now on 2.5 weeks with no letter or check. You’re told to reach out to your property manager, but good luck getting a response. The responses I have received are from the Admin Support Team. 77 days since we ended our contract and I still have not received my deposit. Everyone I talk to has no idea what is going on. Beware!
They are the most and very nice people to work with
Marcel is our property manager and responds same day or next morning. Maintenance has been phenomenal. Out immediately. We slid into our rental seamlessly and are so far very grateful for this company’s help with everything. Very easy application process also. Another company we tried our experience was complicated and lengthy. Everything with Northpoiny is upfront and straightforward.
I have been with Northpoint for going on 3 years now. Robert Burr, my property manager, has always been accessible, professional and most importantly understanding. I can’t say enough good about this management company and its top notch team.
