Northpoint USED to be on it, now they are just a joke. Claudia doesn't respond in a timely manner. Didn't respond one time for 2 weeks. I email 3 people with not much luck. Superiors don't address issues. They don't go to me I have to go to them. No communication, unless you count me always emailing and calling them. I've lost complete trust in them. Claudia has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped my mother rent out her home and made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. Even after the tenants renewed, Claudia continued to stay on top of everything—conducting inspections, keeping communication clear, and ensuring both the property and residents are well taken care of.
