If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I was researching property management companies for the first time, and this experience was incredibly frustrating. The business manager was unhelpful and poor at explaining things. He seemed irritated whenever I asked questions to better understand their services. First off I want to point out that the only good thing by about Northpoint is Tondalaya, other than that this company is unprofessional. Everything seemed like it was going smoothly until it came to payments. Of course they got paid immediately since the first month’s rent from my tenants went to them. It has been over a week, and they have not returned the new tenants deposit to me because they have a new computer system that is erroring. Tondalaya was so helpful in selling our house. She is very organized, responsive, and knowledgeable. It was so great to work with her and she had so many great recommendations for getting our house ready. Tondalaya went above and beyond with helping coordinate movers, contractors, and everything else. We would highly recommend her to anyone!
We have been a tenant with Northpoint for a little less than a year and Tondalaya has been fantastic! Tondalaya always responds in a timely manner and all of our maintenance requests have been handled swiftly. We feel extremely satisfied with Northpoint and their services.
