Very pushy. They did not listen to my needs, and I found them hard to work with. Avoid.
Upon meeting Angela Sherrer at my house for property management, I was very excited to have her as my property manager. I told her I wanted to wait to have her manage my house until after I had a window replaced. She convinced me to allow her to manage it immediately, and she assured me she would oversee the installation for me.
