I have been trying to get in touch with the property management Morgan Over a week a week now she has blocked my calls in my text. I explained to her about my situation and she totally annoyed me and I’m trying to pay her next week. This is very unprofessional.
Update: the response was it’s in the property owners hands but I rented through north point and dealt directly with north point . My landlord was through north point and she did her final walkthrough as well as quarterly walk through . I will be filing this matter in court against north point this coming week because you all are allowing me to be unlawfully and improperly charged for things that were reported to you all . UPDATE: I have since moved from the unit which I’ve had numerous reports of the issues I had in the home . I actually had to move to another unit 6 months into my lease for issues in the first unit . I then moved to a second unit and had to start the lease completely over . The 2nd unit which was roach infested and had the same water issues as the first unit I completed a 12 month lease . No damage was done to the property outside of normal wear and tear . My security deposit was 1350 and they are telling me I owe them almos... read more

I want to extend a sincere thank you to Ameisha Johnson for her help in successfully resolving a difficult tenant situation.
