Update 2: my terminated lease is still accruing fees from their automated system. Update: after their internal review, I was still charged for THEIR rental insurance even though I provided documentation of my own rental insurance for the two years I lived there. I also provided email evidence of one of their employees telling me it wasn't necessary for me to upload the documents to my account. Atrocious customer service. I terminated my lease in December 2025. I moved out January 2026. They auto-renewed my lease and have auto-drafted my account. I cannot get anyone to respond to my emails. When you call their 800 number, the mailbox is full. They fired my property manager, so I have no personal contact with the company and I cannot get ahold of anyone to help me. Stay away from this company at all cost.
On my move in day, couldn’t get in contact with anyone. Never received my move in packet which had my code to get into my new place. Prior to move in day, no one had answers to any of my questions. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
could not recommend working with Jordan Elliot enough !!! We are having twins and were in need of a home with more space for the dumplings. Jordan understood exactly what we needed, and we are so thankful for his hard work to find our home. : ) He is responsive, trustworthy, and truly cares about who he works with. 12000/10 experience !!
