Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in 65 years of living. There were a lot of mishaps and questionable dealings before Hurricane Beryl. However it was the lack of response after Beryl that was the icing on the cake. After 3 attempts to reach Property Manager after tree hit my house during Beryl. I live out of Country and I spent 4 hours 1.5 weeks after Beryl trying to find anyone to respond or to give me tenant info so I could at least make sure she was okay. The level of incompetence from this company is ASTOUNDING. If you are a landlord I would strongly recommend that you seek professional property management solutions elsewhere or fully be prepared to chase down your property managers for their services. Do not expect them to be proactive in their communication when it comes to renewing leases or anything else.
