Since the company has taken over our building it’s hard to get in contact with anyone, they don’t respond. Our grass has not been cut! The city has left notices and they’ve been adding late fees on the account before the due date! Very disappointed here the owner before always stayed up on things!
I wanted to recognize Thomas Blanche!! He is an outstanding property manager. He is always on top of his game and making sure that me as an owner and my tenants are taken care of. I really appreciate his dedicationand he has made me a customer for life! You need to be promoted.
As a property investor in the Euclid area and having Northpoint management my properties. I can without hesitation declare that this company by far is probably the worst property management company I have ever worked with. They are truly horrible. I did a tour of one of their duplexes today and I was truly disheartened and disgusted with the choices. The management team allow this home to be showed that.
