As a property investor in the Euclid area and having Northpoint management my properties. I can without hesitation declare that this company by far is probably the worst property management company I have ever worked with. They are truly horrible. I did a tour of one of their duplexes today and I was truly disheartened and disgusted with the choices. The management team allow this home to be showed that.
Think twice before renting from this company. Leasing contact is unresponsive or it takes weeks of reaching out before you get a response. Repairs either don’t happen at all or everything is blamed on the maintenance crew being overwhelmed for months and months.
I just did a deal with one of your excellent agents, Kelli Johnson, and she was great to work with and very knowledgable and very professional. My buyers aren't exactly easy to work with, but Kelli handled it with ease and it's clear to me, that she's definitely one of the top investment specialist agents in the Cleveland / Akron market hands down.
