Very helpful and trusted management company.
Have been with Northpoint for 3 years now and sadly their service has taken a serious nosedive. 1. They missed a standard lease renewal. The lease expired in Feb 2025. I have been following up with northpoint since Jan 2025 and as of March 10,2025, still dont have a signed copy of the lease. 2. My Condo association and my tenants are both following up with me, they have also tried to reach Northpoint on this matter and the response is extremely slow. 3. Ambra Goins, has been very professional and prompt with responses since I had some repair request from tenant with Northpointe Asset Mgt. She readily analyzed my needs and suggested workable solutions for a fast resolve. The tenant and I was very impressed and the furnace was repaired!promptly.It has been a real pleasure doing business with her and I look forward to continue to work with her in my experience.
I have now been renting from this company for 3 years. And it has been an amazing 3 years. If anything were to happen Ambra made it a priority, and handled it immediately. They are all great people! And I appreciate every single one of them. Thank you for all you do. And I hope to be here for more years to come.
Beware of these fraudsters. I had to file a lawsuit on them to recover the illicit amounts (thousands of dollars within about 6 months) there were deducting from my rentals in the name of repairs which were never approved nor even intimated to the landlord. They do not have an office in Cincinnati and someone collects mails for them at the Cincinnati address. I won the lawsuit and they had to cough up my attorney and legal fee too.
