Working with Northpoint Property Management and especially Stephanie has been an absolute disaster. Communication was virtually nonexistent. Repairs were also handled with documented negligence. A gas leak repair was left incomplete, with open drywall holes ignored for months. I was charged for repairs that were never properly scoped or communicated, and had to escalate to the CEO just to get an adjustment. EDIT: We have been renting for over a year and have had multiple issues that were neglected. We had a broken window for 2 months, and it took about 5 different service stops to fix it. We had a rampant cockroach problem that went unfixed for months, and we still see cockroaches. The other side of the duplex, still has cockroaches as well. We had a sewage drain problem and it only took them 3 days to fix it, and we were charged for it. Do not hire Northpoint. Stepahanie Mccoy is licensed with the Board of realtors but has no idea what she is doing. Northpoint was too lazy to enter actual utility charges so charged tenant a flat rate. This cost me $726.06 since tenant wasn't charge enough. Northpoint forgot to charge the tenant for 10 months of utilities.3 times Northpoint told me the PMA was expired, I needed to sign a new one with increased fees even though my original contract automatically renewed every year and North point can’t find the original. 4 pr... read more
