just found out from a tenant that this company sent out a letter telling everyone that rent is expected om time and even late fees are still being incurred despite people losing their jobs or at best having hours drastically cut. Still charging late fees right now is disgusting.
Leave a few pictures...... they are charging me with cleaning fees and so on but when I moved in I cleaned my apartment and found paraphernalia(pipe) on top of refrigerator cabinets told management about it they expected me to leave a spotless apartment for them charges say other repairs as well when they said they would give me a detailed printout have yet to get that my apartment was not messed up I have pictures of all the things wrong with apartment when I moved in all the way till when stuff started messing up and nothi... read more
