Dealing with issues has been dreadful! The management team is unpleasant and discourteous. When presented with issues, they are dismissive and will completely ignore messages. Getting them to fix our falling apart home has been impossible.
I wish zero stars was an option. I’ve now wasted so much time that a THIRD contractor has been issued to my home for the same issue. He is the THIRD contractor to say my flooring is SOOO BAD that it needs replacing (mind you, I’ve sent numerous photos and messages to the prop manager AND HER BOSS, showing pix of my children’s injuries due to this flooring being so horrendous) and the management has yet to fix it despite THREE of their own contractors saying it’s necessary to do so. This company is a joke. The property manager and her boss have both been notified that the floors are falling apart and my daughter has been injured a couple of times as a result and we are told to “buy rugs then” as they won’t fix the issue. The AC isn’t working properly, the windows are not insulated and let the cold air out resulting in an astronomical electric bill every month. Even though we have Never been late on a rent payment, they raise our rent but atleast $200 every year. Absolute nightmare. Slum lords for sure
If I could give zero stars, I would. I had previously written a poor review on this company but was contacted by Audley, the regional director who asked what he could do to make things better. Thinking he would actually help us out, I deleted the review… however, my flooring is literally falling apart and they property management is refusing to fix anything despite me telling them that my 6 year old daughter is getting cuts and slivers on her little feet due to the broken areas on the floor.
