After a year of firing this company I got a survey so I immediately had flashbacks on how bad it was. So I decided to write a review so people don’t waste their time. The property was vacant for nearly 7 months during which their efforts to get a tenant were minimal. Their responses showed lack of care and sometimes very dismissive. Stay away from it! I would give them a 0, a 1 star is generous. Don’t fall for it!

This may just be the worst property management company I have ever come across in the industry. Extortion, corruption, negligence. AWFUL! Trust me, you’re better off hiring the homeless guy on the corner to manage your property.
Please listen to me folks!! Stay as far away as you can from this company. They are dishonest, accusatory, dismissive and plain rude. My fiance had the worst experience ever. How these people are still in business with the way they speak to their clients is beyond me. STAY AWAY
