The level of incompetence from this company is ASTOUNDING. If you are a landlord I would strongly recommend that you seek professional property management solutions elsewhere or fully be prepared to chase down your property managers for their services. Do not expect them to be proactive in their communication when it comes to renewing leases or anything else. NO STARS! I recently moved out due to Northpoint Asset Management, Deborah Davis, Erika Harding, Annette Wiley and owners Jacqueline Garcia and Jose Garcia and Amanda Kirwan Garcia refusal to repair the house I was renting. There were holes from the outside of the walls to the inside causing a mouse infestation. The house was not weatherproofed. It was dirty when I moved in. I was harassed, threatened, and intimidated. Upon meeting Angela Sherrer at my house for property management, I was very excited to have her as my property manager. I told her I wanted to wait to have her manage my house until after I had a window replaced. She convinced me to allow her to manage it immediately, and she assured me she would oversee the installation for me. However, when it was time for the window install, she wanted to allow the tenants to oversee it. very good company.service is exellent. Tina Stott very good person,she also very punctual and responsible. Highly recomend to contact her first when loocking for rental properties.
