My experience with this company has been nothing short of disappointing to say the least. I have had the displeasure of working with their Carolina branch and they have been extremely unprofessional. Consistently have not answered requests in a timely manner, have multiple layers of communication to obstruct the owners from clear and present communication, and often refuse to take ownership of their own mistakes. I have 6 properties with Northpoint, 3 of them has been empty for the past 3 months or more... when tenant left, Northpoint sent me estimate of over $7000.00 to have the property in moving condition again... And two months later, they did another inspection and said that all were in move in ready condition, when I have pictures with dirty walls, mismatched paint, patches, dirty rugs, with wholes on them, smoke detectors missing, etc...no wonder every time I asked for the reports, there is no people interested on them. Very pushy. They did not listen to my needs, and I found them hard to work with. Avoid.

Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in 65 years of living. There were a lot of mishaps and questionable dealings before Hurricane Beryl. However it was the lack of response after Beryl that was the icing on the cake. After 3 attempts to reach Property Manager after tree hit my house during Beryl. I live out of Country and I spent 4 hours 1.5 weeks after Beryl trying to find anyone to respond or to give me tenant info so I could at least make sure she was okay. The level of incompetence from this company is ASTOUNDING. If you are a landlord I would strongly recommend that you seek professional property management solutions elsewhere or fully be prepared to chase down your property managers for their services. Do not expect them to be proactive in their communication when it comes to renewing leases or anything else. NO STARS! I recently moved out due to Northpoint Asset Management, Deborah Davis, Erika Harding, Annette Wiley and owners Jacqueline Garcia and Jose Garcia and Amanda Kirwan Garcia refusal to repair the house I was renting. There were holes from the outside of the walls to the inside causing a mouse infestation. The house was not weatherproofed. It was dirty when I moved in. I was harassed, threatened, and intimidated.
