My first time buying a house in MD. Toured multiple houses at this site. Beautiful houses, but very disappointing interactions with the property management. Unlike other builders I have dealt with, these people are only interested in selling and making their commission. If you are not dressed well for the tours, they assume that you are not interested in buying, and their attitude just shows it.
