I moved into these apartments knowing not to expect anything fancy, I did not however expect things to be this bad. We chose these apartments for one simple reason. The exterior of the building appeared to be a mess and not well maintained at all management assured me they were making improvement and had stated their company had just acquired the property only 6 months prior, and had plans to make massive improvements to not only the exterior appearance, but also the quality overall. I have been a resident Northpark Apartments for two months now. My experience has be outstanding. Management is responsive to my needs, and have gone way beyond my expectations. The other residents that I have met have been very friendly as well. When I was apartment hunting, I had numerous apartments complexes to choose from, it was the personable manager that sold me on this place. I am happy with my decision to choose Northpark Apartments.
Most disgusting place to live. Rats and bugs everywhere! The office people are rude and have lack respect. The ceilings easily gets damaged by rain of any type of water. It takes them MONTHS AND EVEN A YEAR to fix anything.
