They always take great care of our pets. This time was exceptional because the at-home care instructions were printed out and detailed wonderfully!!
We had such a positive experience with this vet. They got us in for an emergency situation with my dog that turned out to be Pancreatitis. They took him in on a Saturday when they are only open until 1:00 and gave him fluids and prescribed him all the meds he would need to get him through the weekend. They just might have saved his life and I will be forever grateful to Dr. Phillips and her team.
my appointment was at 10am, I got there at 9:50 was put in a room around 10, sat there til 10:50 I don’t feel that’s acceptable.
