I received an iron infusion provided at Eastwood Family Doctors Clinic Eastwood).by Dr Wei Hua Cai. I was not informed by Dr Cai of any risks involved with the procedure prior to commencing the infusion nor was I requested to sign a consent form in acknowledgement of the risks. Dr Cai commenced the intravenous iron infusion in my right arm. I was then left unsupervised for 40 minutes whilst he attended to another patient.
