I Bought a vehicle in 2023, Dealer said its the best GAP insurance costing me 2999+hst. And he didn’t gave me the policy documents. It was my first purchase, I thought this is it, I involved in an accident. I tried to Reach the dealership and they the persons is on vacation. When is will be back he will assist you. Then he gave me half policy and I reached his so called best Gap insurance and they said we can’t help. He messed up all the things and now giving me excuses. Worst after sales service. Don’t buy
I had a great experience getting my Mercedes GLE serviced at Northline Motors. I’d like to thank Shima, my Service Advisor, who was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure I was fully satisfied with the service. This dealership truly stands behind the vehicles they sell. By far the best auto dealership I’ve dealt with in the GTA. I highly recommend Shima to anyone looking to service their car, she’s amazing!
Really great service from the entire team actually. Bought my 2022 RSQ8 here and the entire process was so easy dealing with Aly then later on Shima for Service. I have honestly had such a good experience here that i will for sure return for all my car needs.
