It's okay, for me I'd say it's pretty cheap, the apartments are fine just have to deal with roaches and poor electric, and people around here are ghetto be safe here carry a knife.
They have rats and roaches. When I said something about it the manager told me the owner doesn’t believe in exterminating. When I moved I cleaned out the entire apartment and they still refused to give me my deposit. There was no damages done to the apartment. I asked the manager for someone’s contact information above him and he refused
