Was able to fix my car effectively. It was a fix I had been waiting for, but difficult to replicate the issue on the spot when the car was in for service. With some patience it finally happened. Live my Tiguan, it’s been a great car for our family.
Had the first service for my Atlas recently . Again , a great experience The service manager Ivan is such a gentleman! He did his best to facilitate the customer. The shuttle driver Bruce is so pleasant and knowledgeable about the VW vehicles. He shared a lot of knowledge about the new vehicle functions when we got the ride from him. I just bought a 2025 Jetta GLI with Carmen's help after changing my mind and going back and forth. She was so kind and helpful.... funny and sweet. I will miss seeing her now that I have a car. Madison was also very knowledgeable and thorough...I just had the best time buying a car.
