Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at Northland Volkswagen. My wife and I were shopping for a used vehicle and decided to check at Northland Volkswagen. The salesperson showed us few Tiguan vehicles; we picked one we liked, and set up a test drive for another day. We took the vehicle for a test drive, liked it, and agreed to put down a deposit. Good service, very prompt, but WAY overpriced! Some things need to be done at the dealership, but for routine maintenance, you’ll pay far more than at a smaller garage or lube place.

Consistently great service. I had to bring my car in for a recall and got amazing service. Only took a couple of hours. Bruce, the shuttle driver, is a great guy and we chatted both journeys.
