I had a frustrating experience with this road service today. I called in the morning to request assistance for my equipment and was told the technician would be available at 1:30 PM. At 13:00 PM I followed up to confirm the service was approved and I need it ASAP.... Now it’s 4:00 PM and no one called me or has shown up. On top of that, I’ve tried calling multiple times but the number is constantly busy and I can’t reach anyone for an update. This is not professional at all. Very disappointing experience....
Owner operator, had a trailer failure, Dalton got me in right away since it was a bit of an emergency. Got me back on the road as soon as he could
