I bought a trailer here in 2018 and the service was great while buying. Service after was just as good. I live two hours from Ottawa 3 1/2 hours from Sudbury and next week. If you’re looking for the very best trailer dealership northland is the place to go. The staff if absolutely amazing there especially Eric he is very knowledgeable about the products and will go above and beyond. I travelled from North bay to deal with them as in my local area well let’s just say the dealers are not on there game. Amazing customer service! Mike and Francine went above and beyond! Travelling from Alberta with no plan to buy a trailer while i was on vacation and was on a timeline; they got everything I needed and met me on a Sunday morning while I was passing through. Exceeded all expectations from first call to delivery. Highly recommended!
