I have had two issues with this place since I have had a storage unit. One with the old man that told us to pay him and he was hardly ever there and never gave us an address to send a payment. So the lady supposedly in charge from Pittsburgh sent a letter stating we was late sent in that payment although it was not our fault as we checked in on a dayly basis and most time two to three times a day to pay it, but he was not there.
