Since Dr. Jacobs has left the office staff is horrible. The wait is redidulous, the staff is rude, the communication is awful, and to top that off the have messed up my child's medication up 4 times in a months period. I would not recommend the office anymore which is a complete shame. I have been going there for 11 yrs and have never been so disappointed.
Dr. Jacob is amazing doctor. She has made a big difference in my kids life. She has always took her time to talk to my children about school making new friends and right choices!!! I have 3 kids and Dr. Jacobs is my 4th Pediatrician in 16 years and wow I am so glad we found her.
I've been going to Dr. Jacob's for 10 years now. She's seen all 4 of my kids. I just found out today, though that she has left the practice! Where did she go? I would love to find out so I can continue sending my kids to her.
