I’d give this place a ZERO rating if it was possible. I’ve been here for 4 years now. Loved in : different apartments. The scenery is nice. I love the location, and I love our apartment too. BUT!!! The management here makes it TRASH!! They may or may not get to your maintenance requests. But don’t hold your breath waiting. When you try to call the office with a question, no answer!! a couple reasons why this is the worst apt complex in kc - charged me a $250 fee when i first moved in because the electric company failed to put the electric in my name. this was when covid first started happening and i lost my job and i was very low on money.. i argued with the manager, kim, for two weeks before finally the electric company had to email her and let them know that this was there bad and i shouldnt be charged this fee. - on the month that i was to move out they charged me the full months rent on the first ... read more

Terrible customer service. Staff is unfriendly and do not return calls. Spiders in apartment and maintenance did not come for three days! Bites everywhere. Do not rent here!
